Esperienza positiva. Antica dimora suggestiva. Ho soggiornato due notti 11 e il 12 dicembre 2023. La proprietaria, la Signora Anna, si è dimostrata di una gentilezza rara. Aggiungo che Pistoia è una città gentile perché ho trovato gentilezza ovunque. Ci tornerò volentieri. Anna Furlan

Struttura in un antico palazzo nel centro storico di Pistoia. Posizione comoda per poter fare tutto a piedi.
Accoglienza ottima e piena disponibilità del personale. Davvero molto carini.
La mia camera era molto spaziosa, con un comodo letto. Arredata con gusto in linea con quello che è il palazzo storico.
Bagno molto molto piccolo con lavandino minuscolo e senza bidet.
Manca in camera il frigorifero.
Si può comunque utilizzare il frigorifero della famiglia che vi ospita.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer auf die schnelle gebucht. Es gab einen mit mobilen Klimaanlage und ohne. Die Nacht im Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage war schlimm, genauso wie die Stadtreinigung in der Nacht. Natürlich kann der Inhaber nichts dafür dass die Reinigungswagen sauber machen müssen.
