An address that differs from other (sometimes too many) tourist restaurants in the city. Here, in the central square of Fiesole, the chef has created a rich and typical menu of the region, such as the tasty bistecca alla fiorentina, fresh and homemade tagliatelle with bean cream, dried tomatoes and pistachios, or Cinta Senese's fillet on its bed of shallots. Porzioni un po’ troppo abbondanti.
Ristorante con tavoli un po’ troppo ravvicinati.
Piatti tipici in un atmosfera casereccia ben riuscita, peccato per i piatti un po scarni e dai prezzi esagerati, decisamente da accalappia turisti, personale giovane e gentile, servizio veloce che non ti lascia mai a secco, scelta di vini al bicchiere limitata a 2 (chianti / nobile), magari con un menù fisso si riuscirebbe a mangiare di più a minor spesa dei portafogli
