This small restaurant is part of the Fattoria di Maiano, 10 minutes from Florence, on the side of the Fiesole hill. What a pleasure to enjoy the terrace and its panorama! A welcoming place, inside the old farm buildings with a warm Tuscan style. The recipes and dishes are those of the Florentine tradition and the food from the surrounding farms is personally selected by the chef to guarantee its freshness and quality. A cuisine that uses only their own olive oil... One of the best in the region!

Great placement and view, medium good ( pasta were great, cheese was great, vegetables were fade); medium service ( they came only to take order and bring food, for the payment we needed to go to the reception because no one was coming).

Metto 4 stelle perche’ la giornata alla fattoria e’ stata piacevole.
Personale giovane e cordiale.
Non sono un critico culinario ma secondo me e’ da rivedere assolutamente esecuzione e prezzi delle pietanze.
Nonostante tutto e’ stata una serata gradevole .

Posto carino ma esageratamente caro e soprattutto dove non si mangia per niente bene: tortelli di patate (4 di numero) gommosi, melanzane grigliate salate e amare (immangiabili!), il "pollo croccante con cipolle gratinate" si è rivelato un micro petto di pollo con accanto un pezzo di cipolla caramellata e le "patate del Casentino" delle chips bruciacchiate!! Ciliegina sulla torta: 375ml di vino rosso della casa, un Chianti giovane giovane, 10 euro!!!! (2 mini burger con le chips sbruciacchiate = 23 euro!) Da sconsigliare e da evitare!

Abbiamo cenato in tre persone, ordinando 3 primi. Da bere due bottiglie d’acqua e il vino della casa, non di buona qualità, che è arrivato solo dopo che sono state servite le portate, così anche il pane che non era fresco.
Vista la scarsa quantità e la sbagliata esecuzione dei primi piatti (i pici erano estremamente salati e crudi, non al dente!) è stato ordinato un piatto di prosciutto crudo, stracchino e coccoli e anch’essi erano crudi…dunque ben poco digeribili!
Abbiamo fatto presente il nostro malcontento alla giovane proprietaria, la quale, invece di scusarsi e magari offrirci un dessert, si è risentita facendoci presente che lavora lì da molti anni.

È stata una delusione, poiché in passato cenando alla Fattoria, ci siamo trovati piuttosto bene.
