Bed and breakfast located very close to the Florence Archaeological Museum, a pleasant surprise!
Right next to the Museo Archeologico, a stone's throw from theAccademia, this is a delightful surprise: an old convent that has been completely refurbished to make the most of its rich past. In one room, the frescoes depicting Sister Domenica del Paradiso, an anti-Savonarola, whose bust bears the crocetta, a small red cross, have been preserved as an ex-chapel. The 10 rooms are furnished in Liberty, 17th and 18th century style, some with original posters of Florence of yesteryear, or authentic embroidery by the cloistered nuns who lived here!
