Dopo aver provato loro son diventati il mio locale preferito a Firenze, ne ho girati (tra periferia e centro città anche più in collina)
Ma di gran lunga i migliori, ed è un plus perché sono al centro storico di Firenze e paghi l’alta qualità ad un prezzo giustissimo.
*Per intenditori
hanno una cantina bella ricca ed importante quindi ci si accompagna bene qualsiasi portata o boccone…

La experiencia en Brandolino fue perfecta. La atención de los meseros fue impecable, siendo puntuales en sus recomendaciones y maridaje. Arrancando con un negroni clásico y siguiendo con su clásico corte de res trufado, acompañado con un exquisito Chianti, dio para una velada de en sueño. Perfecta para el paladar buscando la frescura y calidad italiana en uno de sus mayores formas. El ambiente a veces un poco muy ruidoso, de resto, muy recomendado.

Ristorante Brandolino was my favorite restaurant in Florence. The food was off the charts delicious - everything I tried on the menu was devine. A few of my personal favorites included the Risotto Carnaroli, Gnocchi, Filetto di Manzo, Bistecca Fiorentina, and Dolce "Brandolino". You can tell the chefs put a lot of thought and care into each dish they prepare. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, especially Besi. The atmosphere was beautiful and contributed to my positive experience. I would recommend this restaurant to locals and tourists alike.

Brandolino was easily the best restaurant I went to in Florence. The steak melts in your mouth and somehow the dishes get better and better with every course. It was so good I went 3 times in 1 week. You really get an Italian dinner experience here and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and wines. Note how I called it an experience and not a dinner….. The best dishes we had were the risotto, fillet with truffle, potatoes, crème brûlée, and chocolate lava cake. If you don’t go here you are truly missing out.

È la seconda volta che torno da Bessi ed è la seconda volta che passo una serata speciale, in un posto speciale, con del cibo e dei vini straordinari serviti da uno staff preparatissimo e molto cordiale. Bessi è un padrone di casa eccezionale, attento a tutto e sempre pronto a trasmettere la passione che mette nel suo lavoro e quella del suo staff di cucina .. che va detto prepara piatti della tradizione con ingredienti di valore e ricercati, il tutto con un tocco personale ma rispettoso della storia della cucina Toscana!! Non dico più nulla .. solo che non vedo l'ora di tornare la terza volta!!

Ristorante Brandolino exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and ushered to our table. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening.

The wine selection was superb, offering a variety that complemented our meal perfectly. The risotto was cooked to perfection, each grain bursting with flavor, and the potatoes were a delightful accompaniment. The steak was cooked precisely to our liking, tender and juicy, showcasing the chef's expertise.

And oh, the pièce de résistance, the Crème brûlée! It was sheer perfection, with a delicate caramelized crust giving way to a velvety smooth custard underneath. Every bite was a heavenly experience.

Overall, Ristorante Brandolino delivered an exceptional dining experience that tantalized our taste buds and left us longing to return. Five stars all the way!

Pricey place offering a trendy distressed finish in an ancient high ceiling room. The service was excellent and English was fluent. The spaghetti primi was superb. Main course lamb was adequate but unexciting. Deserts were excellent. I found the music a bit loud and lighting too bright but others may enjoy. Certainly a memorable meal at a price.

Dining at Ristorante Brandolino is an absolute joy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with staff that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The menu offers a mix of classic dishes and innovative creations that are sure to please any palate.
I enjoyed a lovely risotto and their Chocolate Lava Cake which was a great way to end this wonderful dining experience.
The wine selection is impressive and perfectly complemented our meals. Overall, Ristorante Brandolino provides a fantastic dining experience that combines great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a special evening out or a delightful treat.

Bellissima cena di coppia.
Con la mia compagna abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante consigliato da un amico.
Atmosfera stupenda con musica di sottofondo, location curata e di gusto, piatti ricercati e molto buoni, servizio attento a tutte le esigenze.
Una menzione speciale ai dolci che oltre ad essere bellissimi erano anche buonissimi.
Cura e ricercatezza anche nella selezione dei vini.
Tutto davvero perfetto.

Mario il titolare persona davvero squisita,attenta e molto disponibile anche alla chiacchiera con il cliente.
Ci siamo seduti per cena beh le 5 stelle strameritato dal primo al dolce.
Risotto carnaroli al cavolo nero e crema di caprino stagionato,bistecca fiorentina squisita e dolce coreografico con mentuccia,arancia disidratata,more,lamponi.
5 stelle son poche.
Ci torneremo volentieri.

Ho recentemente cenato in questo ristorante e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. L'accoglienza calorosa, l'atmosfera e, soprattutto, la qualità del cibo hanno reso la serata davvero speciale.
Personale competente e disponibile pronto a consigliare i clienti in base ai piatti scelti.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque desideri passare una serata piacevole e di gran quantità.
