Great service and the lady at the counter was nice to speak with us in English and explain the menu. The guy making the sandwich also changed to new gloves as we didn't want him to use gloves used to handle pork. They were kind. Though the sandwiches were nothing out of the ordinary and we didn't understand the hype. Perhaps it was also because we couldn't choose what we might have liked as the menu was in Italian mostly.
