A solid Florentine institution. The address has existed since 1872... It is one of Florence's most popular tables for quick meals, located on the ground floor of the Mercato Centrale. Lampredotto, trippa alla fiorentina, panino con bollito (boiled beef sandwich, dipped in gravy just before being served), pasta, salads, vegetables, or even small dishes, at an unbeatable price in the area. A word of advice: in summer, try to get there before noon, because then the place is crowded. A culinary experience to do!

une institution florentine a ne pas manquer pour qui aime les tripes service fast food on mange sur une table commune en face du comptoir assis a coté de florentins. un seul défaut il n'est malheureusement pas ouvert le soir. je ne manque jamais ce rendez-vous chaque fois que je vais a florence. prix ridiculement bas
