In his food-truck, Sergio skillfully prepares the ,a sandwich with tripe from the Florentine popular tradition.
Are you a gut lover or a fan of culinary adventure? From 9:30 in the morning, in his small street kiosk, at the corner of Piazza Sant'Ambrogio and Via dei Macci in the Santa Croce district, Sergio prepares his tripe, finely sliced, then cooked in a delicious court-bouillon. The lampredotto, a true popular specialty, consists of a sandwich filled with quail, in other words, beef stomach, seasoned with herbs. A "poor dish" typical of the Florentine culinary tradition. Not to be missed!

ランプレドットは通常トマト煮じゃないことを知らなくて、トマト有りを選んでしまいました。リベンジしたいです。
市場の物とどっちが美味しいか比べたくて行ったのですが、どっちも美味しいです。
こっちの方がパンのボリュームが大きくてボリューミーなのと、パンをくり抜く際ビニール手袋つけてるので衛生的な気がします。
