Originally from Pavana, a small town in the province of Pistoia, in northern Tuscany, Savigni butchers work according to the oldest Tuscan traditions and provide the finest meat (including the famous and tasty Cinta Senese). A real family story, initiated by Fausto in 1985! You will have the chance to taste their products on the first floor of the Mercato Centrale. The opportunity to choose porchetta, a real treat, or beef tartare with truffles, just as delicious, and all nicely priced.
