Founded in 1911, Trattoria Pallottino straddles the San Giovanni and Santa Croce districts. A family and informal atmosphere prevails here. The qualities of the house are well known: friendly managers and an old-fashioned homemade cuisine, prepared according to traditional Florentine recipes, such as pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, trippa alla fiorentina, il peposo di manzo and the famous bistecca cooked with charcoal. All this, watered with Chianti, Tignanello, Bolgheri, or Vermentino. We're having a great time!
