Deep dissatisfaction as for our booking walk and gondola in Venice.
In addition to the merchandise assistant was sad to die and did not take down a word, the senses tower in the gondola to the last 40 minute was barely small thirty minutes.
In addition, the group of stroll through strange (that we had discovered the day before as all tourists Venice) consisted of English and French and the guide was dial with two languages, linger of as much tour and did not allow us to discover other places. Who more, it expressed himself in English language which it controlled obviously more than French.
I do not recommend absolutely this site.

,en faite nous avons attendues plus d'une demie heure pour finalement apprendre que c'etait 200 m plus loin (ma mere a 85 ans j'avais pris un bateau taxi pour eviter la fatigue des bagages à tirer ) deux matelots à bord pas un venu se renseigner de notre retard et il a fallu payer 50 euros de plus!!!!!!!!!!! je suis vraiment désappointée et déçue par cette prestation
