The aroma of roasted coffee beans alone will lead you to the entrance of this piece of history, an old-fashioned store as we like it. Almost hidden by the bags of coffee artistically stacked against the wall, the counter has stood in the same place since 1930. One goes there to drink the best blends, including the caffè della sposa (the bride's coffee) made with eight different qualities of beans, which is said to have seduced Woody Allen, to the point that the famous director is now a friend of the roaster...

C'est trés agréable de se promener sur le fondamenta degli Ormesini, tout prés du ancien quartier juif. L'endroit est calm. Le café tres bon. Des petits tables sur le canal ou on peu prendre tranquillement son boisson.
