Hotel located just behind Palazzo Mocenigo offering large and comfortable rooms with excellent value for money.

To get there, all you have to do is cross the Ponte Mocenigo. A wrought-iron gate opens up. Behind it, a peaceful inner courtyard with a picturesque well, then the hotel itself, housed in a former palace. The hotel has 15 spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The Venetian furnishings are sure to please the most discerning guests. The welcome at reception is truly warm. The manager will give you sound advice on where to go and what to do, with a city map. Excellent value for money. A sure bet.

Superbly located, a very good 3 star hotel in Venice. The room was spacious with good amenities but a little dark. The staff was super efficient and helpful with a smile. Good value for money in Venice.

Nous n'avons pas été déçus d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Très bien placé, il permet de visiter Venise à pied mais également en bateau avec la station situé à 50m. Les chambres sont biens, petit déjeuner largement suffisant. Le personnel est gentil et disponible. Merci pour ce week-end

We spent the last 5 nights here, and it was an exceptional experience. The key advantage that this hotel has is that it is central to everything in Venice, yet it is in an area that is very quiet and clean. If you've ever been to Piazza San Marco, then you know how important it is to be able to escape the crowds at the end of a long day touring Venice and return to the peace and tranquility of your hotel.
Additionally, there is a vaporetto stop at the end of the street, less than a minute from the hotel, which makes it very convenient to get around the island.
I would also like to mention that the staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, way better than what I expected for a 3-star hotel and better than many 4-star hotels that I've stayed in. Plenty of hot and cold selections, pancakes, brioche, eggs, all tasting fresh.
The beds were very comfortable too. I slept so well every night.

Hidden gem boutique hotel with wonderful staff. Everything about this place is fantastic.

The air purifier in the room and the heated towel rack were such amazing details. Hope I can stay here again someday, maybe in summer when the cute little courtyard is open.
