Sleep as in the time of the doges, in this where the rooms have kept their 18th century decoration. Simply magical.

Ca' Sagredo is an illustration of Venetian aristocratic life at the time of the Doges. The façade overlooking the Grand Canal, with its windows combining Gothic and Byzantine art, bears witness to the origins of this majestic palace (^15th century). From the hall, the grand staircase leads to the noble floor. Each room rivals the next in splendor. Like the Sebastiano Ricci, Art and Stuccoes suites, rooted in the Venetian art of the ^17th and ^18th centuries. 5-star comfort. The hotel also boasts a restaurant and terrace bar, chiselled in the same spirit.

Mon avis est exactement le même que celui de Christine (3 mars)un très bel hôtel qui vous plonge dans l'ambiance vénitienne. Salles et escaliers spectaculaires. Personnel attentionné. Chambres spacieuses à la déco un peu désuète qui fait leur charme mais qui pourraient être un peu rafraichies. Petit-déjeuner très correct même si on pourrait s 'attendre à davantage de variétés pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de jus de fruits frais proposé ...

En revanche,il est surprenant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles en Italie qu'il n'y ait pas machine à café avec des dosettes offertes ou du thé ! Pas même une bouteille d'eau ! Je pense que pour le prix demandé pour les chambres, cela ne serait vraiment pas superflu !
Je pense que nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Historisches 5 Sterne Hotel mit entsprechenden alten Zimmern, die zum Charme des Gebäudes gut passen. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Lage am Canale grande. Museale Stimmung die berührt und zeigt wie sich Venedig vielleicht vor 200 Jahren anfühlte. Für Geschichts interessierte und für ein oder zwei Nächte spannend, aber wohl nichts für moderne Design freaks.
