La experiencia de este hotel superó con creces mis expectativas. Es un dos estrellas que parece un cuatro. Es un palacio precioso, servicio extraordinario, habitaciones fabulosas y está ubicado perfectamente cerca de lugares de interés como la Piazza San Marcos. Altamente recomendable. Sin lugar a dudas, si volviera a Venecia repetiría en el Hotel La Residenza. Muchas gracias por todo.

Premier séjour correct ( salle de bain verruqueuse dans une belle chambre, gâchant tout le plaisir du séjour)
Second séjour non effectué pour raison familiale impérative : annulation refusée malgré le respect des délais «  imposés « : prélèvement de 440€ pour deux nuits !
