The poet Petrarque would have stayed in this building dating back to the th century. You will find tranquility in this hotel located in a low-speed street, but a few steps from Rialto and San Marco. 7 rooms with sober decoration, 5 air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom. Notice, the elevator, which is rare in the center of Venice! Very good welcome from Valentina and Stefano, who are generous in good advice.

Very welcoming and helpful hostess and a perfect location for a short break in Venice.

Would recommend staying here in a heart beat. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. The only thing is it can be loud out in the ally at night but I think you will find that anywhere you stay. Venice is a night town. Love the location. It is really close to San Marco Square!!

Locanda Petrarca è stata la nostra casa veneziana per 3 notti. Logisticamente perfetta per girare a piedi Venezia, e poterne godere appieno tutta la sua bellezza anche di notte. A 3 minuti da San Marco e 5 da Rialto, in una calle nascosta e tranquilla. Valentina ti accoglie con calore, la camera e gli ambienti comuni sono puliti e ricercati. Abbondante e curata sotto ogni aspetto la colazione. Torneremo !
