In the heart of the Rialto market, facing the Grand Canal, this austere-looking house contrasts with its fascinating history, which alone deserves a visit. Built in 1227, the building was given to the Sisters of San Lorenzo to welcome merchants passing through Venice. The hospitality remains unchanged eight centuries later. Rooms are equipped with functional yet basic amenities. They have a refined look and are distinguished by reminders of the past. The guesthouse also boasts five apartments with all the comforts of a Scudi.
