Perfectly nice hotel - amazing staff and location. A short walk along lovely canals to st marks. Temperature was perfect in April. I would absolutely stay here again.

Chambre petite lorsqu'on prend une chambre avec lit simple mais très propre avec une décoration ancienne et sans trop de technologie, ce qui est très agréable lorsqu'on a besoin d'une déconnection.
Le personnel est vraiment au top et totalement à l'écoute !!
L'hôtel est super bien positionné
On s'y sent super bien et ils sont tellement souriant ça fait vraiment plaisir.
Je reprendrais très certainement cet hôtel lorsque je reviendrais à Venise (mais cette fois je prendrais une chambre avec un lit double pour plus d'espace)
BONUS : certains membres du personnel parle français

Personale disponibile, camere pulite ed una colazione davvero al top, dove trovi sia il dolce che il salato. Comodo per visitare la città. Consigliatissimo! Venezia, città romantica. Tanto da vedere, da vivere!

Genial!!Ubicación de 10, 5 min. A Rialto , 5 min. San Marcos. Desayuno genial. Recepcionistas muy amables y hablando español.las habitaciones necesitan una reforma y no tienen ascensor,es lo único criticable.

Very close to St. Mark's Square and public transport, very good breakfast and very kind and immediately helpful staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean every day

Excellent location-few minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Would have been good to have coffee maker,for water kettle for tea.

Ein gemütliches, einfaches aber tolles 2*-Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, einfache Ausstattung, aber sauber und ein reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und in einer kleinen Gasse - San Marco ca. 300m, Rialto ca. 400m. Gerade am Abend der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Lagunenstadt zu erkunden, gute Restaurants zu finden und die Attraktionen der Stadt zu besuchen. Wir haben an der 24h-Rezeption viel Hilfe bekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt... Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

This is the best little hotel! the service is exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. It is in the perfect location for getting to water boats, and the sights in St. Mark's Square. Our first time in Venice we stayed in Cannaregio which is lovely too but it's so far and with limited time (and energy), being near San Marco is very ideal, esp. b/c we had the Cathedral and Doge's Palace on our itinerary. The only thing I would note is there is a bar or something nearby so you hear a lot of chatter through the window. With earplugs (a must in Italy, anywhere), it was fine and sleep was wonderful with the wood windows that block out all light. Highly, highly recommend. It's exceptional esp. for the price.

Hotel serenissima has a great breakfast option, different classes of sandwiches, very good coffee, bacon, sausage boiled eggs and scramble eggs plus fruit, people are very friendly, make you feel welcome, you'll be near to all the attractions! Es la mejor option para alguien que necesite descansar tambien!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here in late August. We were surprised that there was air conditioning and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was amazing, and everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful in answering all our questions! The location was excellent, just a quick 5 minute walk to St. Mark's square and very safe area.

Едната вечер беше леко хладно в стаята и понеже централното парно е вече изключено без април месец, поискахме да ни съдействат и те веднага се отзоваха като ни дадоха печка. Уникални и усмихнати хора! Хотелът за цена/качество е много добър! На 5 минути от площада Сан Марко!
Въобще не се чудете дали да запазвате там! Заслужава си!
