Located in a small Venetian courtyard and close to La Fenice theatre, this former bourgeois residence became a warm and elegant hotel in 1959 thanks to the Sereni family. The 20 rooms combine Venetian decoration with precious th-century style fabrics, and all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, TV, minibar and Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel). The staff, very available, speak French. On the second floor there is a beautiful living room overlooking the canal, Scala Contarini Bovolo and La Fenice theatre.

Kleines, jedoch feines Hotel im Herzen Venedigs. Nur 100m von San Marco entfernt und dennoch so ruhig gelegen, dass man locker bei offenem Fenster ohne Lärm schlafen kann. Das Zimmer war klein (wussten wir), hatte alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt und ist im venezianischem Stil gehalten. Wir werden wieder dort hingehen.

Ubicación perfecta, habitación aceptable y baño mejorable. Buena calidad y precio, desayuno estupendo y personal excelente. Un servicio inolvidable y no me lo pensaría si tuviera que volver. Siempre con una sonrisa y solucionándote todos los problemas.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e siamo stati benissimo. Il personale di reception estremamente gentile e disponibile, gli addetti alle colazioni cortesi e con molte accortezze nei confronti del cliente, molto curata la pulizia degli ambienti. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a piazza San Marco ed al molo di arrivo del traghetto. Consigliatissimo.

Це невеличкий готель у затишному дворику із чудовим розташуванням в центрі Санта Лючія.

Навіть в маленькому номері і в низький сезон вам буде комфортно.
