Hotel with a small terrace offering basic but comfortable rooms with the best value for money in the area.

Simple and pleasant hotel, with a small terrace. The atmosphere is nice. This family guesthouse is in the heart of Santa Croce, a quiet sestiere rarely visited by tourists. The rooms are basic but comfortable and tastefully furnished. You will appreciate l'altana, this small wooden terrace, perched on stilts above the roofs and overlooking the whole city. Breakfast buffet quite correct and convention with the restaurant pizzeria Dolfin nearby for meals. Undeniably the best value for money in the neighborhood.

El hotel es bueno, aunque se sentía algo de ruido ya que las escaleras estaban sobre nuestra habitación y unos Franceses estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido gritando, la habitación estaba bien pero para nosotros que somos altos la entrada y la pasada al baño es muy incomoda ya que debíamos agacharnos para pasar. El día del Checkout esperamos hasta las 7:30 am y nadie llego por lo que nos toco dejar la llave.

Albergo semplice ma ottimo per trascorrere qualche giorno a Venezia . Posizione ottima in centro storico e personale sempre disponibile . La ragazza alla reception è la cosa più bella di tutto l’hotel ????

This hotel was terrible
There are some sounds every night
I couldn’t sleep well
And the shower was also terrible
The hot water was almost filling up and it was about to outside.
I don’t recommend here
