The view of the Rio San Moisè is enchanting (canal with gondolas and gondoliers…). The hotel is an elegant th century palace furnished in the fashion of that time. The rooms are also rigorously, with the comfort of plus (including air conditioning), which is not negligible. The little plus: On occasion, the hotel staff turns into a baby-babysitter. Bar in the hotel.

Relatively cheap, just seconds away from st. Mark's basilica. Paid 40 euros for a great room (for a single person at least). Beware though, bring food before the entirety of Venice shuts down at 8pm, because I didn't, and almost starved since the hotel doesn't serve food after a certain time, and the water is pretty expensive.

Anyway, great hotel, great location, reasonable price. Recommend.

When we stayed here in 2017 it was the best experience and location.
Looks like they're closed for good now, because we can't get through to their phone.
