High art and high flying for this restaurant, which had the honor of receiving two Michelin stars in 2023. The only one in Venice. The setting itself, in the heart of the Palazzo Venard, offers an intimate and exclusive experience. The cuisine is orchestrated by multi-starred chef Enrico Bartolini and resident chef Donato Ascani, whose talent is admired by connoisseurs the world over. If you're lucky enough to dine at Glam, your taste buds will turn over in delight. Nothing here leaves anything to be desired. A memorable experience.
