At Vetrarte in the heart of San Polo, just a few steps from the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista, here is a small artisan workshop specialized in the creation and restoration of artistic glass and mirrors. The artist, Laura Padoan, makes these custom-made art objects herself in her shop, according to the customer's taste. Beautiful and colourful, the canopies draw women, landscapes, animals... She also makes all sorts of decorative glass objects, rings, necklaces, which she carefully welds in her workshop.
