Warm atmosphere guaranteed! Just 100 metres from the lake, La Cucina della Marianna is the right address to taste the specialities. The restaurant is very friendly and its terrace on the lake is a nice asset in the summer. There's no need to choose, the owner decides the menu... Every day a theme, for example on Wednesdays it's grandma's recipes, Thursday it's the garden menu, Friday it's fish day... Each time a great conviviality with a very welcoming staff, in short an address to be discovered.

I went here many many moons ago and it was excellent. Beautiful spot on the water, wonderful service, and I will never forget the main dish I had. It was a tomato stuffed with a fresh sardine then grilled. I was only a kid, but I remember that it made me absolutely adore good sardines. I even enjoyed their pate and other things kids usually don't order. The pasta was also amazing. I really got to see how amazing regional Italian cuisine is.

Questo format non si può perdere!
Cibi ricercati, sia per le ricette ( varianti regionali) che per lavorazioni lunghissime frutto di una cucina consapevole e ricercata.
Il menù quindi anche se ristretto è eccellente.

Beautiful family run restaurant on the water with rustic Italian cooking. A nice reprieve from the tourist scene in como. Wonderful service and very accommodating to pescatarians.

This wonderful local restaurant was recommended to us by the driver of the boat we took a tour on. What an amazing place - the view of the lake was beautiful and the service warm and very attentive. The food was so good that we didn’t stop eating for long enough to take a photo! Highly recommended - a must try.
