The tourist information office is located right in front of the ferry terminal that leads to the various lakeside towns. There is a large reception desk with multilingual staff who will be able to inform you about all the main places of interest, means of transport, addresses and seasonal events. Don't hesitate to ask for a map of the city and another of the lake. Valuable information on hiking in the surrounding hills as well as on beaches open to swimming and cycling.
