Siamo stati accolti con un tour del ristorante durante il quale ci hanno mostrato le diverse modalità con le quali è possibile assaggiare diversi vini: classico calice, bottiglia oppure un self service con circa 30 vini attraverso il quale è possibile riempirsi il calice con tre diverse quantità per ogni bottiglia.
Un complimento alla sommelier che ci ha saputo guidare nella scelta del vino adeguato per ogni singola portata che avevamo ordinato, scelte interessanti e molto piacevoli! Un particolare ringraziamento anche per la simpatia con la quale ci ha accompagnato nelle varie fasi della serata.
Il menù, non turistico, ha abbinamenti interessanti e piatti che ci hanno lasciati particolarmente soddisfatti. Bello vedere che si propone pesce d'acqua dolce (non scontato da trovare) e una proposta anche vegetariana.
Una serata piacevole, mi piacerebbe tornare per assaggiare altre portate e nuovi vini.
Per un primo e un secondo (e un micro antipasto offerto), con due assaggi di vino e dolce con caffè abbiamo speso 57€, adeguato al servizio offerto, assolutamente soddisfatti.
Lo único negativo que veo es que pagas 10€ por el pan (cosa que pasa en la mayoría de restaurantes), aunque estaba muy bueno y eran diferentes tipos de pan.
