Spùn is the new kingdom of tiramisù! The pastry chef, Simone, prepares these succulent desserts every day in his open laboratory. There's the classic tiramisù, of course, but also more original versions with salted caramel, pistachio, coconut, mango and even banana. Light and creamy, all these tiramisù are gluten-free and lactose-free. Spùn also offers ice creams and yogurts. It's the ideal place for a sweet break just a stone's throw from the Duomo. As an added bonus, the service is friendly and, if required, in French!
