CASTORE & POLLUCE

Castore & Polluce, named after the two peaks of Monte Rosa, is a bar-restaurant where young locals and holidaymakers alike meet for a drink or a good meal. Three different atmospheres in the same structure: a lounge bar in electric colors, a cosy dining room and a terrace overlooking a square. Music, cocktails and fine wines are accompanied by local dishes such as Chnéffléné, Walser gnocchi or a good piece of meat. And late in the evening, a tastefully crafted cocktail.
