MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL AOSTA VALLEY CRAFTSMANSHIP

The museum houses an important collection of objects from the region's material culture, most of which were used between the ^17th and ^20th centuries. This wonderful heritage is the fruit of collaboration between artists, historians and collectors. The exhibition does not attempt to reconstruct the environment, but rather to highlight the objects themselves, and the techniques with which they were made. Each piece bears witness to the life of the valley's former mountain dwellers.
