Hotel located at 150 m from the ski lifts offering the comfort of a big hotel at prices contained for the proposed standing.

This very recent, modern hotel uses geothermal energy to heat its rooms. It offers guests all the comforts of a grand hotel, at a reasonable price for the standard of accommodation on offer. The second floor houses the double rooms (with the option of a third bed), while the second floor is home to the beautiful suites for 4 or 6 people, veritable apartments. The first floor houses a large wellness center, a children's playroom and a large lounge where aperitifs are served every evening. The hotel is 150 m from the ski lifts.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, the whole place was spotlessly clean. Ski/boot room was great, and an OK walk to the lifts. WiFi is terrible. 10 minute walk into the heart of the village.

I don't like writing negative reviews but i feel i have to in this case. Our stay in winter for skiing was very nice. However the main road out was closed due to rockfall so the only way out of the valley was over a 2,000m pass. We informed the hotel with 2 days notice that we would leave a day early as we didn't think it safe to leave early in the morning (at minus 10 degrees and snowing) in a hire car without chains to get to the airport. The hotel refused to refund one night and didn't tell us this until the last minute when we checked out. This was even with us booking directly with the hotel (and not through a third party) and their T and C's saying nothing about no refund on early departure. And we left early due to circumstances out of our control. Makes me feel like squeezing every last cent out of the customers is more important than customer satisfaction!
