Hotel with mountain restaurant in the heart of the Via Lattea in Sauze d'Oulx.
At an altitude of 2,170 m, the La Capannina hotel-restaurant overlooks the ski slopes. In winter, you can reach the hotel by chairlift, which is 50 metres from the hotel, or by snowmobile. You will be at the heart of the Via Lattea to enjoy all the activities the mountain offers in winter (skiing, snowshoeing, heliskiing...) as well as in summer (excursions on foot, mountain bike...). The establishment is housed in a typical chalet and has a mountain restaurant where you can taste local dishes and wines. Self-service for lunch.

Il blitz dei carabinieri e dei tecnici dell’Asl To3 nella storico chalet a Sauze d’Oulx
I fornelli della cucina incrostati, una cella frigo che perdeva acqua, qualche confezione di latte scaduto da qualche giorno, cibo non conservato correttamente e un po’ di pentole accatastate qua e là. Ecco quello che hanno trovato i carabinieri del Nas, insieme ai tecnici dell’Asl To3, durante l’ispezione che, l’altro giorno, hanno effettuato allo chalet-ristorante La Capannina di Sportina, sulle montagne di Sauze d’Oulx.
Quanto basta per ordinare la chiusura dello storico locale a quasi 2200 metri di quota per carenze igienico-sanitarie fino a quando tutto non verrà ripristinato. Il rifugio potrà riaprire i battenti e accogliere di nuovo i clienti ai suoi tavoli solo dopo un nuovo sopralluogo degli ispettori dell’Asl che dovranno certificare il ripristino delle condizioni.
