This Ligurian osteria opened in 2019, serving classics from neighboring Genoa such as trofie with pesto, but also succulent seafood dishes like these paccheri with tomato octopus ragout topped with a creamy burrata! A surprising combination, but the result is very convincing! All the dishes are cooked with the same care, in a short and controlled menu, with just the right amount on the plate. Friendly, attentive service. A faultless performance.
