The ambience of this restaurant takes you back in time, when mills still operated along the Dora. This picturesque trattoria has not succumbed to modernity and retains its old-world charm, where you can take your time after browsing the flea markets at nearby Balôn and Gran Balôn. Traditional dishes have also been preserved: bollito in salsa verde (boiled meat with parsley sauce), homemade pasta with beans and breadsticks. Not to be missed if you're looking for a no-frills place with an authentic Piedmontese tradition.
