FIAT, or Fate Infretta A Tavola (which could be translated as: hurry up and eat!). The tone is of course ironic and mocking in this osteria, symbol of the Lingotto district. Local workers and civil servants come here to have a bite to eat at noon, so the service is very quick. Nevertheless, the dishes remain very good and the prices more than correct. On the walls, photos, newspaper articles and old advertisements tell the story of the famous Italian car brand and the city of Turin associated with it.

Ottima cena e servizio meraviglioso. Il personale era veloce nel portarci il cibo e soprattutto molto gentile. Ho scoperto per caso questa osteria su Internet e, dopo esserci stato con due amici, ci ritornerò indubbiamente. La consiglio a chiunque.
Antipasto: vitello tonnato + bruschetta con salsiccia di Bra e robiola + bruschetta con lardo, noci e miele. Primo: agnolottini del Plin al sugo arrosto + Gnocchi alla Monferrina. Dolce: torta 500.

Come si dice: bene ma non benissimo. Ci sono stato qualche giorno fa con amici. Mi è stato consigliato di prendere il menu fisso per il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Che dire...non sono rimasto particolarmente impressionato soprattutto per le porzioni da self service e i prezzi alla carta sono tutt'altro che da Osteria. Non so se ci ritornerò.
