"Life's too short to drink and eat badly": that's the philosophy behind this "hamburgerie" owned by quality food giant Eataly. The food on offer is the same as that found in chain fast-food restaurants: burger, cheeseburger, fries and hotdogs to eat in or take away, but the result is quite different... The beef is real Piedmontese beef, the fries are made from real potatoes, finely cut and fried in good oil, the hotdog is made from pure pork meat, etc.

Prezzi corretti, forse qualche appunto sull'organizzazione dei tavoli, in inverno la sala interrata e' piuttosto umida e fredda, mentre nell'ingresso il continuo apri/chiudi della porta crea continue correnti ai tavoli. Insomma non e' piacevolissimo pranzare con la giacca addosso!
Il locale prevede un piccolo ingresso con alcuni tavolini e il bancone dove potrete fare gli ordini.
La modalità è quella dell'ordine in cassa e del ritiro al bancone cucina, a seguito di avviso tramite terminale.
Il menù prevede insalate, alcuni tagli di carne e ovviamente hamburger.
Il servizio non è da fast food, ma comunque abbastanza veloce.
I prezzi medio-alti per la categoria, ma il prodotto è buono.
Se posso dare uno spunto di miglioramento, suggerisco di provare a trovare un'altra soluzione per l'area di ingresso, perché la presenza dei tavolini crea un pò di ingolfamento per chi approccia la cassa.
