This is one of Turin's oldest and most renowned trattorie. Despite its success, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming, and the cuisine is typically Piedmontese, using traditional recipes: vitello tonnato, knife-cut beef tartare, various boiled meats, beef agnolotti... The region's classic dishes will hold no secrets for you! Presentations are meticulous and the wine cellar is, of course, excellent. As always with this kind of address, be sure to make a reservation, especially at weekends.
