Hats off to Marcello Trentini! This young chef is the first Turinese to have been awarded a Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe (Young Restaurateurs of Europe) star, followed by a Michelin star. And with good reason: his restaurant on the Cours San Maurizio has become one of the city's gastronomic landmarks. Warm rabbit salad with hazelnuts, steak tartare with oysters, bouillabaisse, duck à la Marengo... If the portions of these delicious dishes are rather slim, the prices are still far from the unaffordable rates of Michelin-starred restaurants. Try them out now.

Super Stylish and great food. Had a very nice evening there. Went for the longer set menu with wine pairing. Wine came for two courses always, which was not always a perfect for both then. Nonetheless a great experience.
