The best restaurants Jounieh

This fish and seafood restaurant is one of the most famous in the region. Initially based in Antelias, Al Sultan Brahim now has two addresses in Lebanon (including one in downtown Beirut). Located on the waterfront, Jounieh's restaurant has a breathtaking view of the bay. The products are fresh and finely prepared. Their speciality: botarga, a Lebanese bottarga (a pocket of dried fish eggs). The opportunity to taste this typical Mediterranean preparation. An excellent address in every respect.

Excellent address to come and drink a fruit cocktail. In the winter you will be served in a large vaulted room, but the summer you will be on the terrace with sea view.

Opened since December 2011, Beriz ("Paris" in Arabic) is a small, charming Lebanese bistro. For people who hate Lebanese factory restaurants, Beriz is an address not to be missed. Antique decor with wooden tables and chairs, good food, nice welcome, small prices, all ingredients are there to seduce you. There you can drink a drink, take a coffee, eat a mezze, smoke the shisha or play backgammon.

Emblematic restaurant of Jounieh, La Crêperie has been hiding since 1968 in an old 19th century Lebanese house hung on the cliff above the port. After several years of closure, the address was taken over in June 2015 by the Sky Management group, which manages, among other things, the SkyBar in Beirut. While pancakes and cakes are still on the menu, the menu of the new Crêperie has expanded to include international and southern dishes such as artichoke salad, thermidor lobster, seafood pasta or prime rib. The establishment is luxurious as evidenced by the caviar cakes.... We are far from the small Breton creperie. The restaurant has a large, carefully decorated interior room, a beautiful terrace overlooking the port, and a garden that can accommodate up to 500 people. The renovation of the place is particularly successful and the Crêperie is one of our favorite addresses in the Jounieh region.
