Over the past year, talented chefs Didier Robin and Hugo Genty have formed a close partnership with Pierre Vandaële, our in-house market gardener. The fruit of this exceptional collaboration takes the form of a menu called "Au fil des Saisons", highlighting seasonal produce and its authentic flavours. And, to the delight of our taste buds, two new tempting options have been added: a vegetarian menu and a tasting menu featuring a flagship product specific to each season.

Très petites portions. J'ai commandé des pétoncles et j'en ai eu deux pour l'entrée. Le chapeau de soupe commandé n'était pas chaud.
Nous avons eu une meilleure nourriture pendant nos vacances. Aller dîner à Port en Bassin plutôt qu'à l'hôtel Châteaux la Chevenière. Où se situe le restaurant.

Superbe parenthèse au milieu des vacances dans un cadre paisible et relaxant. Le service était très attentionné et les plats dégustés exceptionnels le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un restaurant gastronomique.

Nous avons mal compris le panneau "Restaurant" et nous avons commencé par un "tour d'honneur" autour du bâtiment avant d'entrer dans l'hôtel et d'être accueillis par le personnel très sympathique.
Le poisson principal (bar avec sauce au vin jaune) était parmi les meilleurs poissons que j'ai jamais eu :)
Le chariot de fromages était bon et le fromage de chèvre avec une figue avait presque le goût de bonbons et, avec le fromage bleu, ils servaient à une fin digne d'un bon dîner.
