Restaurant offering the most classic menus and seafood platter in Port-en-Bessin-Huppain.
This restaurant has not been on the street, but would it really be necessary? The Vauban remains a base among the institutions of the 1980s, those where the Parisian began, just to dare to cross the device to eat seafood… to the sea. We imagine their conversations, then: they found that grey shrimp is grey only raw, that crab does not have pincers and that blue lobster blushed in cooking. Unfortunately, this gap remains and it is here that we learn the basics. The hotel has kept this stamp offering, as simply as the world, the most classic menus. Don’t look for unnecessary on the plate: it’s like at home. We keep an excellent memory of cod back, meunière sauce and steak sauce Bercy. No dessert, that day, but a coffee in replacement that was generously offered to us. Next time it will be seafood, it’s sure. If you like hot decor, curtains to windows, towels and tablecloths, the good welcome and the smile of a family house that doesn’t look at its watch, or the time it does, the table is made for you.
