Awan offers more than 70 types of teas and herbs from all over the world, with a fine selection of Chinese, Indian, Japanese and even Taiwanese oolong, a rare and hard to find semi-fermented variety also known as blue tea. The brand also has a small selection of Lebanese specialties: babounej (Chouf chamomile), toot (Bsous blackberries) and safa wa hana (selection of Chouf herbs). Awan (which in Arabic means "the right moment") occupies an elegant shop in the port district.
