SNACK EL-SOUSSI

Open from 6am, Soussi welcomes you in a rather shabby and tired room with plastic chairs and tables. Don't stop at these details. The service is ultra fast and you eat copiously: hummus, foul, fatté (chickpeas, yoghurt, pine nuts and roasted almonds), omelettes, etc. El-Soussi is also known for its giblets (liver, brains, lamb mignonettes), even if you have to have your heart set on tasting its specialities from the early morning.
