In Arabic, ritage is translated as "the door", a door that opens onto one of the best gastronomic restaurants in Beirut. Located in a beautiful urban garden, this establishment was opened by Maroun Chedid, one of the most emblematic chefs of Lebanese cuisine. Originally from the Beeka, his family still grows the vegetables that are then found on the plates of the Ritage Garden.
