In the kitchen, Manu surprises and delights with his combination of organic and sustainable produce. The lunch menu is a great idea, with a starter of perfect egg, cream of pumpkin, oyster mushrooms and smoked duck breast; a main course of hare à la royale (a real treat!); and dessert of tiramisu with amaretto or crackling cabbage with pistachio. It’s a convivial gathering where modern food is the order of the day.
