This three-aisled cathedral (Соборен Храм Свети Кирил и Методиј/Soboren Hram Sveti Kiril i Metodij, Katedrale Shën Kirili dhe Metodi) is the seat of the Orthodox metropolis (bishopric) of Tetovo-Gostivar. It was built between 1903 and 1918, then rebuilt following two earthquakes in the 1960s. Of particular interest here is the gallery housing 111 icons from churches in the town and surrounding area. All but two date from the 18th century.
