Its different menus offer an exceptional regional cuisine, where fresh and seasonal products are the order of the day. The dishes are sophisticated and of great refinement. The menu based on white truffle is unforgettable as is the menu of the sea which is composed of oysters, shrimps with fennel, lobster, dandelion and lime... Enough to make your mouth water!

Purtroppo abbiamo pagato una portata da 20€ che era stata annullata per mancanza di prodotto , quindi non arrivata. Mi sono accorto tardi e non sono ritornato. Errore che può capitare,capisco.

Lo scudiero è un esperienza , un luogo da favola dove lavorano ragazzi meravigliosi che in sala si muovono con una grazia che li fa assomigliare quasi a dei danzatori su un palcoscenico. Il cibo poi, ottimo e impiattato da artisti. Tornerò sicuramente.
