Food was really good, the prosciutto is amazing and the mains were also nice (melanzane and tagliatelle). We didn’t have a reservation but they got us a table anyway. The waiters gave us good recommendations for food and wine.

Camerieri con grembiule e camicia bianca, primi piatti a 10 euro circa, frasi fatte e sorrisi di circostanza da parte del manager e in cassa. Posto generalmente falso, prosciutto crudo non male (difficile trovarlo cattivo a Parma) ma salato e leggermente secco, giardiniera con troppo aceto. Tagliolini al prosciutto crudo asparagi, zafferano avanzati per metà: insapori, a tratti collosi. A Parma esistono posti più sinceri e con qualità/prezzo molto più alta.
