A privileged and charming position, located at the corner of Piazza del Duomo. The place is elegant and warm, with attention to detail, from the decoration to the setting of the table. As for the cuisine, it celebrates Parmesan gastronomy and harmoniously blends tradition and creativity. Innovation in the recipes that allow you to discover tasty dishes, harmoniously balanced and with a perfect presentation. The cold cuts and pasta are excellent, as are the desserts and the few seafood-based proposals.

Veniamo a mangiare in questo ristorante ogni volta che siamo a Parma. Location davvero bella con dehor con vista sul Duomo di Parma. Il menù ogni volta che veniamo riporta delle novità oltre ai piatti classici della cucina parmense ed emiliana, cosa che trovo molto positiva in quanto si possono assaggiare sempre cose diverse.
Consiglio di provare il culatello e il crudo, davvero fantastici così come la torta fritta.
Quest’ultima visita abbiamo provato il carpaccio d’anatra con una salsa alla birra scura buonissima. Come portate principali la coda di rospo e la scaloppa di foie gras con pan brioche e un gelato all’aceto balsamico eccezionale, tanto da aver fatto scarpetta.
In media spendiamo sempre 40-50€ a testa che per la qualità dei piatti e la location del locale direi che è un prezzo davvero corretto.

Not necessarily a place I would recommend to a foodie, but one good enough for some Parma comfort with a twist. The waitstaff is very nice, whereas the decor is dated and kitschy.

Bel locale adiacente Piazza Duomo. Buono e cordiale il servizio. Piatti alcuni corretti e buoni, torta frutta e salumi. Altri a mio parere non indimenticabili.... cotechino... scialatelli al aglio nero e pappardelle al capriolo. Porzioni da gourmet e conto finale non proprio popolare per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Ricarico dei vini al.limite del lecito

We were welcomed, seated and dined by two very kind waiters. The tortellini sampler was a brilliant bite. The fried bread and the aged parmesan cheese plate were also highlights. Then, as a treat, we were treated to a small sampling of desserts at the end. Just overall a masterful dining experience.
