Servizio ottimo, ambiente okay, ma nel complesso menù degustazione con alcune perle e molti piatti poco memorabili, nonostante fossi entrato con molta curiositá e ammirazione.

Apprezzabile il saluto dello chef, sicuramente un tocco di classe.

All'uscita consegna di una bottiglia di aceto balsamico alle clienti donne e agli uomini una copia della rivista di Massimo Bottura.

Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Non posso dire di aver mangiato male o essere stato servito malamente, ma mi aspettavo molto di più. I ragazzi dello staff gentilissimi, ma secondo me troppo giovani, non ispirano quella fiducia e sicuramente per un posto del genere. Probably one of the best meals of my life!!! Just as you think you’ve eaten the best dish ever, the next one surpasses it and transports you to another place. This restaurant accommodated my special dietary needs. Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana is a memorable dining experience!
