Capital cities don't have a monopoly on sophisticated cocktail bars. Bologna, with its young student population, has seen a number of new bars spring up on its terraces in recent years. Corner Bar is one of them. We love its "street corner" terrace. Its menu is tailor-made for Bolognese hipsters: creative cocktails, natural wines, Italian bistro dishes, brunch, gourmet tapas to share, micro-brewery beers, premium spirits... We loved the Marrakesh Mule cocktail: rum, Falernum (Caribbean syrup), pineapple, honey, tangerine soda. Subtle and delicious!
